More than a sale a day and over $16 million in sales, it certainly kept us busy and our Sellers happy.
With sales ranging across the entire real estate spectrum, the most encouraging sign is that the higher end of the market may be returning to previous levels.
Ray White Ipswich took three local properties to the auction at Ray White Corporate Centre in Brisbane on Friday 29th May with tremendous results achieved selling all three. Interesting to note one being medium sized rural property in Tallegalla and a larger colonial home in Sadliers Crossing which sold for $800 000.
