How Is The Market ?
Everyone always asks me "How is the market at the moment?"
I have thought about it and the biggest change is that the days on the market, or how long it takes to sell seems to be reducing. As this continues, it generally turns back into a Sellers market for Buyers know they can no longer sit back and wait, they have to make a decision, here and now.
Another thing I have noticed is that when Sellers invest into the process, they seem to be achieving a far greater result in a much shorter time. A great example of this was the Smith Street property which you can see below.
