When looking at our results over the past few months, the thing that is coming through is that Investors appear to be returning to the market.
They are looking for the safety of residential property, this, coupled with the frenzy in First Home Buyer activity has led to a very buoyant market. Low interest rates and a looming deadline on the Grant are proving to be the main ingredients driving the current real estate market in Ipswich.
This activity has us set for a very busy afternoon on the 17th as we take 9 properties to auction. The majority of these properties are right in the ‘hot zone’ of activity and we are set to have some very happy sellers come 2.30pm next Friday afternoon.
